NEW PATIENT PROCESS

— STEP 1 —

We want new patients to feel welcomed and cared about, even before they walk in the door. Prior to your initial visit, you’ll speak with our Director of Operations, Ryan Hacker. He’ll take the time to get to know you and your oral health needs. He will also be willing and ready to discuss insurance and financing options.

— STEP 2 —

Ryan will send you our new patients forms digitally so you can fill them out from the comfort of your home. This will also allow him to verify your dental insurance benefits ahead of time.

— STEP 3 —

When you walk through the door, you'll be greeted by a smiling face and your choice of beverage until you are escorted back by one of our team members. We've taken the time to make our waiting room a place for the whole family including a kids station complete with gaming tablets, so they can enjoy some fun while they wait for their appointment.

— STEP 4 —

Soon you will be in one of our state-of-the-art operatories where Maria will complete your digital scan and any necessary x-rays. Dr. JJ will spend extensive time with you discussing the status of your oral health and your treatment options, as needed.

— JUDGEMENT-FREE ZONE—

Haven't been to the dentist in a while? You are at home here. You'll never feel any judgement from us. We are here to partner with you and meet you where you are at to help you achieve the goals you have for your smile, together.

— STEP 5 —

As you leave the office, Ryan will review your treatment and schedule you for any follow-ups you may need. If you look up, you will notice our practice tagline above the door, a phrase Dr. JJ’s dad used to say to him every day as he was leaving the house in the mornings: “Make Someone Smile Today.”

What You’ll need for your visit:

If you have filled out your new patient forms digitally, just bring your ID. If you prefer to fill out the forms in the office, plan to arrive 20 minutes early and bring a medication list with you.
